Public or private recognition can be given by anyone in the company. To give a praise choose a badge with points (if the gamification module is active), categories and enter a short comment. Public praises are visible for everyone in the company in the acitivies view and on the employee's profile.
Private improvement tips are visible only to the person giving the tip and to the recipient. When adding a tip, select categories (defined in the settings) and enter a short comment.
Everyone can send a feedback request (e.g. "How did the meeting go?"). Persons who has received a request for feedback may in response appreciate or give improvement tips.
Notifications and reminders
System sends automatic notifications about praises, tips and feedback requests. You can configure an email reminder (e.g. sent once a day) about the possibility of appreciating colleagues, which increases the adaptation of the tool in the company.
